515 EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world . Support the Experience Team and Door Holder teams in delivering a remarkable guest experience at the 515 location. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the guest experience at the 515 location on Sunday mornings and during special events (Experience, Parking, Security, Medic) Ensure standards are met at 515 in cleanliness, environment look + feel, and Door Holder practices Partner with 515 Experience Lead to recruit, onboard, lead, and maintain Door Holders to cast vision, continue training, and build relationships Create a Door Holder culture within Passion City Church's set of behaviors, terms, and values to ensure the optimal experience for all coming through the doors Work alongside other Passion City Church teams (Students, Community Groups, The Grove, Passion Kids/bloom, etc.) to ensure congruency as we serve the people of our House Monitor scheduling of Experience, Parking, and Security Door Holders through CONNECT for Sunday gatherings and special events Ensure consistency and effectiveness in all systems and procedures each week Manage relationships and details related to off-site parking and shuttles

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday – Thursday 9a – 5p, and all day Sunday
