Job Duties:
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to promote products and services
- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs to recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales techniques and customer satisfaction
