Office ManagerMustang Disaster Cleanup – Rapid City, SD1st priority: Some leadership experience (you've managed a team). Do you have experience in dispatching/scheduling? Or previous office/administrative experience? Plus, good customer service skills and can speak professionally to customers? Office manager to help keep our team running smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. This is far more than answering phones and being able to handle a spreadsheet. You'll be in the office, but you will also work closely with the field teams (even in the field - rarely - mostly for observing and understanding what we do). You'll help coordinate jobs, solve problems, and keep everything on track. This role can be exciting, challenging, and rewarding. You will not be bored.What you'll do:Schedule jobs and manage calendarsKeep job details and systems organizedCommunicate with team members and field staffTrack progress and help keep jobs on scheduleAnswer phones with a positive, professional attitudeHelp customers during stressful situationsPeriodically be asked to assist the crews in the field (it's fun to get away from the desk once in a while, right?) This will not happen often. Much of our work involves disaster cleanup, helping people recover from: fire or smoke damage, water/flood damage, mold and biohazard situations.
