Overview: Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to be on our transportation team! Working as a Full-time Driver (DOT-No CDL), you will be representing the Fastenal fleet as it delivers from its Fastenal Distribution Centers to its branches and customer on-site locations. We offer established routes that may see periodic change based off needs of the company. Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent service to our branches and customers by delivering product in a prompt, efficient manner
• Interacting with our shipping and receiving departments
• Maintaining a clean work environment within our equipment
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings

Required Position Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Possess a current valid Driver's License in good standing
• Possess a current health card OR have the ability to obtain one
• Ability to meet Fastenal driving record requirements
• Possess strong working knowledge of the DOT regulations in regards to a DOT-No CDL Driver
• Ability to maintain DOT regulated Drivers Hours-of-Service
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and maneuver up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to successfully complete the required DOT drug and alcohol screens, road test, employment verification and background check

Preferred Position Qualifications:

• Prior driving work experience
• Prior experience operating a forklift

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is $54,000 - 64,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
