• Optimize brand presence through Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Engage with online communities to encourage conversation, answer questions, and promote brand loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency (required)
