Expanding metal roofing & siding manufacturer seeking a reliable, full-time, long-term team member who will thrive in a fast paced, high volume office environment. This role will be responsible for effectively processing orders to be manufactured to customers specifications and quality expectations, as well as assisting various departments including sales, finance, administration, and marketing.Essential Functions:Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and other essential informationAccurately enter orders into Enterprise CRM databaseEnter orders into schedule for production and deliveryResolve or clarify any errors and/or discrepancies with appropriate departmentsDistribute completed documents in appropriate locationsFollow established administrative and clerical proceduresPerform related duties as assigned by supervisorMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance availablePaid Vacation TimePaid Sick TimePaid HolidaysEmployer matching 401kFull time work, year roundMust pass a background check and drug screening for safety-sensitive positions.Our company hires at entry level and promotes from within.
