Communication with stakeholders and demonstrative organizational and time management skills is fundamental to succeed in this position.STRUCTURE:The Logistics Coordinator reports to the Senior Manager, Procurement and LogisticsSPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITY:* Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations* Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures* Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs* Research suppliers* Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve mutual satisfaction* Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements* Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.* Prepare accurate reports for management* Coordinate timely and accurate shipments* Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents* Identify and fix shipping errors* Prepare bills and invoices* Receive orders and add to inventory* Deal with border issues and approvalsQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE* Proven experience as logistics coordinator* Strong customer service* Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements* Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes* Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)* Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Capable of multi-tasking* Demonstration of working with international shipments and border agencies is a must* Ocean logistics is a major assetAND FINALLY ...At the core of EnergyLink is a team of highly respected professionals in a variety of different disciplines backed by significant experience.
