Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient movement from origin to destination Track and monitor shipment progress, proactively resolving delays, disruptions, or service issues Collaborate with customers, transportation partners, and internal departments to ensure seamless pickups, customs processing, and final delivery Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable transportation and regulatory requirements Provide clear and consistent communication to all stakeholders throughout the shipment lifecycle Adapt quickly to changing priorities and urgent requests while maintaining a high level of service Maintain accurate shipment records and update logistics systems as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or freight forwarding Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes, regulations, and customs procedures Experience coordinating time-sensitive or specialized shipments is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with logistics software, transportation management systems, and Microsoft Office applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required #J-18808-Ljbffr
