Closing Processor

As a Closing Processor, you will manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for all parties involved. Our systems are designed to support youreducing repetitive tasks and improving visibility so you can focus on what matters most.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing residential closing files from opening through closing
• Reviewing title commitments and clear requirements
• Coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
• Ensuring file accuracy, completeness, and readiness for closing
• Maintaining compliance with company and underwriter guidelines
• Communicating effectively throughout the transaction process

Qualifications include:

• Experience as a Closing Processor or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of title and escrow processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Experience with Qualia, RamQuest, or ResWare is a plus.

Reasoning ability includes:

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Physical demands include:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
• The employee is frequently required to sit
• The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to fingers to type, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, or crawl
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Work environment characteristics include:

• The work environment is usually moderate in noise level
