Sales Manager (Commercial Moving & Logistics)Position Title: Sales ManagerLocation: TampaIndustry: Commercial Moving, Logistics, Workplace Solutions Overview Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing local sales team within their commercial moving and logistics division. This individual will act as the market leader , responsible for driving revenue through team leadership, strategic business development, and local market engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader with experience in logistics, transportation, or commercial services who thrives in a hands-on leadership role. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-6 sales representatives Drive team performance to meet and exceed revenue goals Actively support the sales cycle by: Opening doors with key prospects Assisting in presentations and closing deals Build and maintain strong relationships within the local business community Establish a strong market presence through networking and industry involvement Partner with internal teams (operations, HR, recruiting) to ensure team success Play an active role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales talent Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and growth Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or team management Background in one or more of the following: Logistics / transportation (3PL, 4PL, trucking, warehousing) Commercial moving or relocation services Business-to-business (B2B) services Commercial real estate (preferred but not required) Proven track record of driving team revenue performance Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Compensation & Benefits Base Salary + bonus Car allowance + mileage reimbursement Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Cell phone allowance What Success Looks Like Building a cohesive, high-performing sales team Establishing strong local market penetration Driving consistent revenue growth across the region Improving retention and team engagement Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
