We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients in Owings Mills, MD, and we’re looking for a passionate individual to help us grow our mission. Responsibilities Develop, promote and maintain relationships with referral sources, increasing private-pay and insurance-based client admissions. Focus on relationship-building with healthcare professionals in the community including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities and senior living communities. Conduct in-home assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services. Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities. Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Track sales leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Participate in community events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness. Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry. CPR/ CMT/CNA certified a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and professionals. Knowledge of home care services and the aging population's needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for helping others and a commitment to client satisfaction. Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
