Director of Clinical Services Opportunity Description


Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a regional Director of Clinical Services for their Home Health location in the Sherman Oaks, CA area . A Registered Nurse (BSN) is required. Medicare Home Health management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team.


Director of Clinical Services Job Requirements

• Medicare Home Health leadership experience.
• A Registered Nurse BSN is required. Multi-site experience a plus
• Excellent understanding of state/federal Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
• Ability to see patients when needed.

Director of Clinical Services Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day clinical operations and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Hire, train, mentor staff.
• Improve clinical processes.
