On W2 | $98.61/hr. on C2C Domain: Supply Chain Management & Integrated Business Planning Application Deadline: August 30, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Primary (Must-Have) Minimum 2–4 years of direct, hands‑on configuration experience within the o9 Solutions platform. Solid understanding of end‑to‑end Supply Chain Planning concepts (Demand, Supply, Capability Planning, and S&OP). Proficiency in designing and configuring o9 Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG), advanced analytics solvers, and business rules. Strong SQL skills, data modeling proficiency, and experience with ETL/middleware integration patterns. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, o9‑native technical specifications. Secondary (Good to Have) Experience integrating o9 with core ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong consultative skills with a track record of leading stakeholder workshops. Experience with post‑go‑live support, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex system behaviors. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly skilled Senior o9 Solutions Architect / Business Analyst to join an onsite engagement in Charlotte, NC. You will serve as the functional and technical authority for the o9 "Digital Brain," ensuring the platform is configured to meet complex supply chain requirements. This role requires a balance of deep technical o9 configuration expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution, driving value through optimized Integrated Business Planning. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Actively configure o9 platform components, including data models, user interfaces (dashboards, views), workflow engines, and complex business logic solvers. Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture functional needs, translating them into detailed technical specifications and o9‑native configurations. Collaborate with data engineering teams to map, integrate, and validate data flows between core ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and the o9 platform. Own functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and system validation phases to ensure high data accuracy and optimal system performance. Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot complex system behaviors, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business power users.
