Job Description We are seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements analysis, process optimization, and data visualization, and a proven ability to translate evolving business reporting needs into clear technical specifications aligned to regulatory and enterprise objectives. Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to capture and refine reporting requirements. Analyze processes to identify gaps, remove redundancies, and standardize workflows across pipelines. Document clear, testable user stories and specifications that support Agile delivery and SDLC practices. Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement prioritization using Jira or similar tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Proven stakeholder and project management across business and technology teams. Process analysis skills to identify inefficiencies and drive optimization. Solid understanding of Agile and SDLC practices, including backlog and sprint planning. Clear, concise documentation and communication skills with strong problem-solving ability. Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements, preferably in financial services or risk data. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Preferred Skills: Exposure to managed Agile delivery processes and tools such as Jira. Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile.
