Tax Terms: W2, 1099 Corp-Corp or 3rd Parties: YesWe are looking for a candidate having strong experience in Business Analyst. Good experience in direct client handling and coordination. Role:Manage requirements scope and escalate any issues as appropriate.Partner with business and development to document user stories.Research and analyze existing business processes and systems to formulate logical statements of business requirements.Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution for system design.Able to work on projects with a broad scope, involving multiple systems.Assists in creating basic test scenarios to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that requirements are incorporated into the system design.Executes systems tests from existing test plans. Assists in analyzing test results in various phases.Requirement:Property Casualty insurance Experience RequiredManagement liability and Professional liability insurance experience would be nice to have.Strong Communication Skills (written/oral)5 plus years' experience working as a IT Business Systems analystBasic knowledge of SQLExperience working with business processes and re-engineeringBehavioral Skills:Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfactionSelf-Motivated with strong delivery focus.Qualification:Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in software development or supportEducation qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
