Senior Business AnalystFortune 100 financial services organization that is the leading retirement provider for people who work in the academic, research, medical and cultural fields.Job DescriptionExpected Responsibilities:Write Requirements documents, Functional Requirements documentsActively participate in software design/grooming sessionsLead/partner quality assurance efforts - system, integration and user acceptance testing - to ensure that business requirements are achieved successfullyReview test cases/test plansMine for data in OMNI Plus platform, to support testing – developer and QA testingWrite Requirements in features and user-story formats, for Agile projectsQualificationsTargeted Skills & Competencies:Excellent knowledge of retirement industry: Defined-Contributions/Defined-Benefits, 401 (k), 403 (b), Annuities, Plan set up, Trade Confirmations/10b-10Excellent working knowledge of OMNI Plus for record-keeping practicesWorking knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements for annuities/retirement businessExcellent experience writing Requirements documents and/or Functional RequirementsStrong requirements management skills - including eliciting, gathering, organizing and documenting requirementsAbility to diagram and analyze complex business processes involving multiple teamsExcellent working knowledge of SDLC practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong data analysis, and process analysis skillsBasic project management skills - running meetings, preparing agendas, providing meeting minutes, tracking progress, etc.Excellent communication skills -both written & verbalExcellent partnership skills and ability to develop effective working relationships with various people in business, operations and IT development teamsMust be detail orientedWorking knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesAbility to multi-task effectively across several projects and assignmentsSuggested Experience & Qualifications:7-10 years of relevant industry experience4-6 years of experience with OMNI products, specifically OMNI PlusExposure to databases/logical data organization a big plusExposure to Rational Team Concert/Requirements Composer, JIRA, Caliber etc. a big plusExposure to Agile/Scrum methodology a big plusExposure and ability to read OMNI Script a big plusAll information will be kept confidential.Neil CervantesNational Talent Advisor | TrueBridge Resources, A North Highland CompanyView phone number on click.appcast.io
