ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments expertly and accurately.
• Document patient data and care provided in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Participate in care planning and facilitate patient and family education.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment in the ICU setting.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of full-time staff ICU RN experience prior to any travel assignments.
• Current Hawaii RN License is required.
• Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are required.
• An Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Specialty certifications (CRN, CCRN, CV-BC) are highly desired.

Additional Information

• All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission and maintained throughout the contract duration.
• Requested Time Off (RTO) during the contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days.
• Travel may be required to float to areas of equal or lesser acuity based on operational needs.

Compliance Requirements

• Compliance must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date.
• Failure to meet compliance deadlines may result in a delayed start date.
