Bilingual Production Support Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Bilingual Production Support Analyst for a hybrid position (3 days onsite) located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Pay rate range: $74.76 - $79.76 per hour, W2.

Summary:
This position will provide critical production support for FX and Derivatives systems within a Global Financial Institution. The successful candidate will work directly with traders in the Global Markets Division to perform issue analysis, facilitate troubleshooting, and handle user inquiries. This role requires deep expertise in foreign exchange and derivatives products and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to sales and trading staff for issue analysis and troubleshooting facilitation
• Handle user inquiries for the Global Markets Division
• Support trade entry, pricing, booking, and lifecycle events for various financial products

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Japanese and English
• More than 10 years of experience with FX and Derivatives systems
• Knowledge of trade processing systems for the following products: FX (Spot, Forward, NDF, Options, Swaps), Money market products (CD, CP, Time Deposits), Repo / Reverse Repo, Securities trading and inventory, and Derivatives and collateral workflows
