National Title Coordinator

Role Description The National Title Coordinator is a full-time role based in New Jersey. This role is responsible for coordinating title orders nationwide, including opening new files, tracking workflows, and ensuring timely completion of searches, commitments, and policies. The Coordinator will communicate regularly with clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and internal team members to gather required documentation, resolve issues, and provide status updates. Daily tasks include reviewing title reports for accuracy, identifying and escalating potential issues, maintaining detailed records in internal systems, and supporting attorneys with transaction-related documentation. The role also involves assisting with training materials or process guidelines for internal staff and helping to uphold consistent service standards across all markets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients, lenders, attorneys, and colleagues. Knowledge of Title Insurance processes and regulations, with experience in coordinating or managing real estate or title transactions. Experience with Training or mentoring team members, including contributing to procedures or guidelines that support consistent operations. High level of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing documents and data. Proficiency with common office software and title/closing platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. Prior experience in title, escrow, or real estate legal environments preferred; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rise Abstract
