Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physical Therapist Assistant based in Dearborn Heights, MI. The role involves working collaboratively with licensed physical therapists to implement customized therapy plans, assist patients with various rehabilitation exercises, and document progress. The Physical Therapist Assistant plays a key role in ensuring quality patient care while supporting patients in achieving their recovery and performance goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and understanding of Rehabilitation practices Strong skills in Patient Care and delivering Quality Patient Care Familiarity with Orthopedics and rehabilitation approaches for musculoskeletal conditions Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships with patients Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (required) Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
