Senior Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive financial planning, reporting and strategic analysis initiatives in a fast-paced international environment. Responsibilities Plan, forecast and analyze variances between actual and forecasted results for internal reporting Support pre-sales activities through financial modeling for new deals Utilize internal systems including CRM to manage operational data Conduct ad hoc analysis of utilization, seniority mix, billing rates and other operational metrics Prepare external reporting including client spend forecasting Compile data and insights for internal and external governance meetings and reporting Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision‑making Present analysis and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Requirements 3+ years of experience in Finance or Analytics preferably in an international environment Background in financial modeling and data analysis Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior management Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with large datasets and financial reporting tools English level B2+ (written and verbal) #J-18808-Ljbffr EPAM Systems
