The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Full-Time Diet Clerk to our healthcare & food service team in Whitfield, MS . As a Diet Clerk with Cura Hospitality , you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations. *This position will need weekend availability.*

What you'll be doing:

• Managing nutritional data software. 
• Inputting nutritional information. 
• Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field. 
• Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs. 
• At least one years’ experience in nutrition or related field.

Nice-to-haves: 

• Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.

• Mississippi State Hospital - Whitfield, located in Whitfield, MS

Compensation Range:

Starting at $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
