Responsibilities Partners with the local President to provide strategic and cohesive guidance across all Lines of Business to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Drives Market Growth and Collaboration, leads the bank’s community strategy, and oversees and promotes engagement from employees representing the bank. Provides strategy and direction on how the bank delivers local and enterprise assets to serve customers and clients across the market. Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to help deliver the bank’s message externally.
