Responsibilities Source, screen, and onboard qualified private duty home care aides and caregivers Manage caregiver scheduling to ensure consistent, reliable coverage for all active clients Coordinate new client intake, including gathering care needs, preferences, and documentation Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families regarding scheduling changes Maintain accurate records in scheduling and HR software systems Proactively fill open shifts and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner Support compliance with state and agency requirements during the hiring and intake process Build and maintain a strong caregiver pipeline through ongoing recruitment efforts Requirements Prior experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or a related field strongly preferred Experience in recruiting, scheduling, or intake coordination Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, client-first attitude Proficiency with scheduling software, ATS platforms, or similar tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to staffing needs Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the South Florida market About Us Milenis Home Care is a trusted private duty home care agency serving the West Palm Beach, FL community with dedication and heart.
