We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a contract assignment in Metairie, Louisiana. This position focuses on entering and maintaining high volumes of information with speed and accuracy while helping the team keep sales order data current in electronic systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with business software, managing repetitive tasks with consistency, and contributing in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter sales order and business data into electronic systems accurately and in real time

• Review incoming information for completeness and correct errors before finalizing entries

• Maintain organized digital records to support day-to-day processing activities

• Use NetSuite and related platforms to update, track, and manage transactional information

• Assist with electronic data interchange activities to ensure records are captured properly

• Work closely with internal team members to meet processing timelines and daily workload demands

• Support operational needs during a system-related project by handling high-volume data input

• Follow established procedures for data quality, confidentiality, and documentation

• Prior experience in data entry or a similar administrative support role
• Strong typing skills with the ability to enter numeric and text data accurately
• Proficiency with computer-based data entry and standard office systems
• Familiarity with NetSuite is required
• Experience working with EDI processes is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
• All candidates are required to undergo a screening process
• Availability to work a short-term assignment lasting approximately 2 to 3 months
