Position: Urologist (BC/BE)

- Shared call ( 10 days/month)
- Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
Practice Environment:
- Da Vinci robotic surgery available
- EMR: Meditech (evaluating upgrades)
- Experienced, dedicated support staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary + quarterly wRVU incentives (3-5 year agreement)
- Signing bonus + annual commitment bonus (starting year 2)

- CME: $5,000 + 5 days
