Automation QA LeadWe are seeking an experienced Automation QA Lead with strong expertise in Selenium and Playwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring high-quality software delivery.Key Responsibilities:Leading the teamDevelop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and/or PlaywrightDesign and maintain scalable test automation frameworksCollaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test requirementsPerform functional, regression, and integration testingAnalyze test results and report defects effectivelyLeverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency (added advantage)Required Skills:Strong experience in Automation TestingHands-on expertise in Selenium and/or PlaywrightProficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScriptExperience with CI/CD pipelines and version control toolsGood understanding of QA methodologies and best practicesPreferred:Experience with AI-based testing tools or frameworksSalary Range- $80,000-$100,000 a yearLocation Dallas, TX Tata Consultancy Services
