This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality work, strong customer service, and solving problems in the field.Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and system inspectionsCommunicate repair recommendations and solutions clearly with customersComplete service calls safely, efficiently, and accuratelyMaintain proper documentation, invoices, and service recordsMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipmentFollow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policiesDeliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearanceSupport team productivity and overall branch successComplete service calls safely, accurately, and efficientlyDiagnose issues correctly and reduce repeat callbacksCommunicate clearly with customers about repairs, options, and recommendationsMeet productivity and performance goalsMaintain strong customer satisfactionComplete paperwork, invoices, and service notes accuratelyFollow safety procedures and use proper PPEMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good conditionShow up on time, be prepared, and support the team2+ years of HVAC service experienceEPA CertificationValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to pass background check and drug screeningStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift equipment and work in outdoor conditions or confined spacesProfessional appearance and positive attitudeResidential and/or commercial HVAC experienceNATE CertificationServiceTitan experienceExperience with maintenance agreements and upsellingExperience in fast-paced service environmentsExperience mentoring apprentices or junior techniciansBilingual English/SpanishCompetitive compensation based on experience, skill level, and productivityIncentive and commission opportunities for top performersConsistent full-time work year-roundCompany vehicle and fuel card, where applicableMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with company matchOngoing training and development opportunitiesOpportunity to grow within a growing home services platformSeacoast Service Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
