About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the strategic and operational growth of the business. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a long-term strategic plan to accelerate organic growth, increase market share, and expand customer penetration. This role requires a leader who can work effectively in a Lean, results-oriented environment, and is adept at fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability, customer focus, and collaboration. The CEO will also be responsible for leading organizational transformation, ensuring exceptional customer service, product quality, and profitability, and partnering closely with the private equity firm to execute value creation initiatives. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for engineering, business, or a related field, and an MBA is a plus. A minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience with significant P&L responsibility is required, along with a proven track record as a senior executive in a relevant manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in leading private equity-backed businesses, strong commercial leadership experience, and a history of building sales organizations and improving market penetration. The role demands a strategic thinker who can drive sustainable revenue and EBITDA growth through both organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions, while also preserving the positive cultural attributes that have contributed to the company's long-term success.
