Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Information Location: Aurora, CO Unit: CC4 Telemetry / 618 Number of Beds: 345 - 3-time Magnet Designation Number of Staff: Approximately 80 in the float pool Shift Information This position is for the night shift, from 7 PM to 7 AM. General Information Patient Ratios: Estimated 1:5 for day and night shifts, varying by unit Types of Equipment: Various equipment utilized on the unit EMR: Meditech / CPN Qualifications Required Skills: Minimum 1-year current acute care Telemetry experience Current BLS & ACLS certifications Preferred Skills: Strong experience in Telemetry Chemo Certification (ability to float to Oncology unit) Typical Procedures This unit handles a varied population with a primary focus on cardiac patients.
