Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist with scheduling, answer phones, and manage patient flow
• Take vital signs and perform basic clinical procedures
• Draw blood and administer vaccines as needed
• Provide clinical support wherever required to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain collaborative relationships with staff and healthcare providers
• Ensure accurate documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externship
• Phlebotomy/venipuncture skills required
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols
• Computer proficiency for documentation and scheduling

Additional Skills & Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred
• Occupational Health experience is a plus
• Previous experience drawing blood and administering vaccines preferred
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment in the region
