Carillon Assisted Living , a Raleigh-based company in the business of building and operating assisted living communities, is building and opening communities for its new brand, Calyx Living . As we grow, we are growing the team, seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work fully in-office at the corporate office in Raleigh, NC.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate monthly processing of billing statements for assisted living and memory care residents.
• Manage census changes (move-ins, transfers, discharges, etc.) and validate payment details with billing platform.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and facilitate month-end close for revenue reporting.
• Analyze AR aging and work with community teams to coordinate collection of past due accounts in accordance with company procedures.
• Cross trained to provide accounts Payable and payroll support as needed.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications:

• Three to five years of billing experience, with multiple years of Accounts Receivable exposure.
• Experience in supporting accounting, accounts payable, payroll activities is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be service-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor's Degree or combination of experience and Associates Degree highly desired.
