Compliance Specialist

We’re Hiring: Experienced Compliance Specialist Join our team as a Compliance Specialist and help ensure our operations meet regulatory requirements and internal standards. What You’ll Do Manage compliance policies and procedures Manage project management platform(s) Conduct reviews, audits, and risk assessments Maintain accurate documentation and reports Must Have Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, sound judgment, and experience in compliance, risk, audit, or a related field. Qualifications 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline Experience conducting audits or reviews, analyzing findings, and developing corrective action plans Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements Excellent attention to detail, organization, judgment, and discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable reporting and documentation tools Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of progressive compliance or audit experience Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, or a comparable credential Familiarity with regulatory examinations, investigations, third-party risk, privacy, or information security compliance Background in a regulated industry or experience supporting multi-site or complex organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
