Graphic Designer

Print Media Corporation is a full‑circle marketing agency based out of Godfrey, Illinois. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the production of visually stunning and engaging designs, with a focus on social media management for multiple clients across multiple platforms as well as visual messaging and signage design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage social media accounts for multiple clients on a monthly basis, including: developing copy and content, creating custom graphics to be used across different social media platforms, creating reels or short mobile videos, communicating with clients in person or over the phone on a monthly basis to determine specific social media needs for the upcoming month, compiling end‑of‑month analytical reports for social media accounts, responding to messages, inquiries, reviews and comments on social media platforms, scheduling social media posts via a third‑party app or Meta Business Suite. Work closely with our visual messaging and signage project manager to: create concept sketches, mockups, and digital renderings to present design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders; design innovative and visually appealing signage solutions, including outdoor signs, indoor displays, banners and more; develop designs that effectively communicate key messages, align with brand guidelines, and capture desired visual aesthetic; ensure timely delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction. Respond to reviews left on Google for client portfolio. Other design work as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Create compelling and innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages. Comfortable communicating with clients and vendors. Develop visually appealing designs for various print projects, including menus, booklets, brochures and more. Maintain and organize a digital asset library, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient workflow for design resources. Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of print materials. Execute designs from concept to final production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and clients. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and perspectives. Stay up to date with the latest design industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance the quality of design output. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout composition.
