Production Manager

A Day in the Life Provide leadership, facilitation, and coordination for the activities of the teams responsible for processing, packaging, quality, customer service and safety. Analyze and evaluate various operational indicators such as efficiencies, processing yield, process control charts, budget and cost variances; adapt and establish plans and procedures with the teams as necessary to effect favorable resolutions. Monitor, maintain and maximize effective employee relations and communications systems, ensuring understanding and compliance with plant safety and GMP requirements. Act as an advisor in areas of expertise, providing analysis and recommendations as required or as appropriate. Communicate to and coordinate with other functional areas to maximize attainment of common goals.
