SMT Machine Operator – $18.00/Hour Evaluation-to-Hire | Full-Time | Stacy, MN Electronics Manufacturing | Weekly Pay Position Overview Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking detail-oriented and reliable candidates for SMT Machine Operator openings in Stacy, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work, have strong attention to detail, and are looking to grow within the electronics manufacturing industry. Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $18.00 / hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Stacy, MN Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Operate SMT pick-and-place equipment to produce high-quality electronic assemblies Load feeders, verify component values, and perform machine setups and changeovers Inspect boards for solder quality, component placement, and overall workmanship Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performanceFollow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards to meet daily output goals Qualifications Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or machine operation preferred Ability to read and follow written work instructions and basic schematics Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
