Machine Set Up Operator
Pay: $20$25 per hour
Overview
Hands-on role setting up and running machines that produce high-volume metal parts. No cold heading experience neededtraining provided.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate screw machines and cold heading machines
- Adjust tooling and machine settings
- Inspect parts to meet blueprint specs
- Run multiple machines once trained
- Troubleshoot and fix production issues
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Complete simple production paperwork
- Work with team to keep production moving
What You Need
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Problem-solving mindset
- Manufacturing, automotive, or equipment experience (a plus)
- Attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and team-oriented
Work Environment
- Machine shop setting (can be loud and warm)
- Work around industrial equipment with standard safety gear

This is a Permanent position based out of Stacy, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
