About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Commercial Strategy to play a pivotal role in the design and scaling of the commercial engine. This executive will be responsible for consolidating go-to-market strategy, revenue infrastructure, enablement, and organizational performance into a high-impact function. The successful candidate will own the commercial architecture, build the revenue operating system, design and administer compensation plans, drive commercial transformation, and scale the team and function. The role demands a proven leader with a builder mindset, an AI-native approach, and a strong background in industrial technology, manufacturing, or a technically complex B2B environment. Candidates for the VP of Commercial Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in commercial systems leadership, with a focus on B2B environments. The role requires a leader with a significant background in sales, commercial, and revenue operations, and a proven track record in leading quota-carrying teams. Experience in Salesforce strategy and governance, as well as in the design and full-cycle ownership of compensation plans, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a builder mindset, a high say: do ratio, and a strong ability to influence executive stakeholders. A background in industrial technology, manufacturing, or a similar technical B2B environment is a meaningful advantage, as is experience in multi-motion sales organizations and post-acquisition or commercial integration.
