Mid Tenn also operates a collision center on Spence Lane that provides body repair for all makes and models using state-of-the-art equipment. Role Description The Commercial Sales team member will focus on building and maintaining relationships with commercial customers, including businesses that rely on trucks, vans, and fleet vehicles. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting professional sales presentations, recommending appropriate vehicle and service solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing. The role also involves coordinating with service, parts, and collision center teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely follow-up. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, requiring consistent in-person engagement with customers and colleagues.\n
Qualifications

• Strong Sales and New Business Development skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow commercial accounts.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and professional interpersonal skills.
\n
• Experience delivering effective Sales Presentations tailored to commercial and fleet customers.
\n
• Knowledge of automotive or truck sales, fleet solutions, or related industry experience is highly beneficial.
\n
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple customer accounts, and maintain organized records and follow-up activities.
\n
• Comfort using dealership systems, CRM software, and basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, and digital forms).
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
\n
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a variety of vehicle types.
