Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address energy needs and secure enrollments Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals Participate in training sessions and collaborate with team members in a remote setting Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center Ability to type 35+ WPM Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction Bilingual candidates are preferred to assist Spanish-speaking customers
