Supply Chain Intern

Position The Supply Chain Intern will gain knowledge and understanding of the business through hands‑on activities, coaching, and projects. Responsibilities Supplier Relations & Sourcing: Assisting in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with potential suppliers, as well as maintaining relationships. Order Management: Creating, tracking, and resolving issues with purchase orders (POs). Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and cost data to support purchasing decisions. Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate records, including contracts, tender documents, and invoice data. Project Work: Assisting in procurement process improvements or specific sourcing projects. Collaboration: Working with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and enhance supply chain operations. Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a Supply Chain or related field (minimum GPA of 3.0). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Basic project management and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
