You will serve as a central point of coordination between customers, instructors, sales representatives, and internal teams to schedule training events, manage customer expectations, coordinate resources, and support the successful delivery of ENSA's industry-leading training programs.Mallory has always been family-owned and privately held. We are looking for dedicated, motivated, and smart team members who want to grow with us.About the Role:Mallory Safety & Supply is currently seeking a Training Specialist to join our ENSA North America team in Mukwonago, Wisconsin.This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented position responsible for coordinating safety training programs from start to finish. You'll work closely with customers, sales representatives, instructors, operations staff, and business partners to understand training needs, coordinate logistics, schedule instructors, prepare quotes and invoices, and ensure training events are executed successfully.This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
