Clinician Sexual Assault Network (SANet), Temporary, Part-timeBoston College is seeking a temporary, part-time clinician to support the Women's Center's sexual violence response and prevention efforts. The primary focus of the position will be overseeing and supporting the Sexual Assault Network (SANet), the University's primary resource for students and community members affected by sexual violence. Responsibilities will include providing crisis counseling, individual support, case coordination, advocacy, consultation, and guidance to SANet advocates.The clinician will work collaboratively with the Women's Center, University Counseling Services, Title IX, and other campus partners to ensure coordinated, trauma-informed support for students. In addition to SANet responsibilities, the clinician will contribute to related survivor support, education, prevention, outreach, training, and other Women's Center initiatives as needed. Schedule: 21 hours per week expected, generally scheduled across three days.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations and response protocols for SANet.Provide crisis counseling, individual support, advocacy, referrals, and case coordination for students affected by sexual violence and related forms of interpersonal violence.Provide guidance, consultation, and support to SANet advocates and student staff.Collaborate with campus partners to coordinate appropriate and timely support for students.Assist with survivor-focused support groups, educational programs, training, outreach, and prevention initiatives.Serve as a clinical resource and subject matter expert regarding sexual violence, trauma-informed response, and survivor support.Maintain appropriate documentation and case records while protecting student confidentiality.Contribute to assessment, program development, and other Women's Center initiatives as needed.Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.The anticipated hourly rate is $40-$50 per hour, with the final rate determined based on experience, expertise, and licensure. RequirementsMaster's Degree in counseling, social work, or related field requiredMust be licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts (supervision would be provided to support independent licensure)Independent licensure preferred (e.g., LICSW, LMHC)Minimum of two years of experience providing clinical services, crisis counseling, or direct services to survivors of sexual violence or other forms of interpersonal violence.Experience working with college students or in a higher education setting is strongly preferred.Knowledge of sexual violence response, crisis intervention, trauma-informed practices, and Title IX.Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in sensitive and sometimes urgent situations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with a wide range of campus partners.Closing StatementBoston College conducts pre-employment background checks as part of the hiring process.
