We are seeking an exceptional operational leader to help lead an established, patient-centered dental practice in the Bloomfield area.

This role is ideal for a highly accountable leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and creates an outstanding patient experience.

This is not a traditional Office Leader position. The right candidate will play a key role in operational performance, team accountability, and patient satisfaction.
