Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn company databases, order entry systems, and office procedures.

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, receptionist, data entry, or office administration preferred.
• Experience entering customer orders, quotations, and maintaining accurate records is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities preferred.

Job Duties

• Provide administrative and sales support by entering customer quotes, orders, and related information into company databases.
• Review sales orders and quotations to verify accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Respond to internal and external correspondence, including emails, mail, and customer inquiries.
• Serve as backup receptionist by answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls professionally.
• Assist customers by addressing questions, requests, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments to support efficient operations.
• Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining records.
• Help maintain clean and organized reception, kitchen, and common office areas.
• Support additional administrative projects and office functions as assigned by management.
