Assistant Manager
$18 - $21 per hourCrown Title Loans - Houston
Branch Operations: Daily execution, sales goals, and financial metrics in a fast-paced environment. Loan Processing: Evaluate vehicle values, review credit details, process applications, and explain loan terms to borrowers. Collections & Payments: Handle direct customer conversations regarding payment schedules, past-due collections, and loss mitigation. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all lending practices and documentation adhere to state and federal consumer finance regulations. Key Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Prior background in consumer lending, customer service, or retail sales experience. Skills: Strong communication, basic math/financial literacy, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and availability to work standard retail hours (such as Saturdays). Language: Must be able to speak English and Spanish Salary range: $18-21 per hour based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
