Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine individual clients' mental health needs and collaboratively formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality evidence-based therapy services to clients, which may include individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Work in partnership with case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention to clients who are experiencing acute distress or require immediate support during emergencies.

• Engage in outreach activities within the community to raise awareness regarding mental health issues and available resources.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively address the needs of individuals from various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document client progress accurately and timely.

Preferred Experience\n
