Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing professional relationships while maintaining ethical and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, facilitating successful transitions as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform in-depth intake assessments to gauge client needs and therapeutic goals accurately.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, leveraging evidence-based approaches to address mental health challenges.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions for continuous professional development and clinical support.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in mental health or a related field is required.
