• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a personalized and engaging home-buying experience.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of the Warren-Farmington-Hills-Troy, MI real estate market, with the ability to provide informed advice and recommendations.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and resources to track client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team, fostering a supportive and coordinated approach to the home-buying process.
