Real Estate Showing Agent - Training & Mentorship Available

As a Showing Agent you will work directly with motivated buyers, tour properties, and play a hands-on role in guiding clients through the home-buying process. It is one of the best ways to build confidence, skills, and income fast in real estate.

Compensation:$140,500 - $297,400 yearly
Responsibilities:- Meet with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized home-buying experience.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, providing insightful information and addressing any questions clients may have.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the buying process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer clients informed advice and recommendations.
- Assist clients in evaluating properties, helping them weigh the pros and cons to make confident decisions.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term connections.
- Utilize company tools and resources to track client interactions and follow up promptly, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a personalized and engaging home-buying experience.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of the Warren-Farmington-Hills-Troy, MI real estate market, with the ability to provide informed advice and recommendations.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and resources to track client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team, fostering a supportive and coordinated approach to the home-buying process.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
