Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Job East of Las Cruces New Mexico

A well?established urgent care clinic in southern New Mexico is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. This community offers a relaxed lifestyle, affordable living, and easy access to larger metro areas, approximately an hour from Las Cruces and within a reasonable drive to El Paso, Tucson, and Albuquerque, making it an ideal blend of small?town comfort and urban convenience. Transportation will be provided from Las Cruces!

Position Details

Full?time position

12?hour shifts (additional shift options may open with new clinic locations)

Clinic hours:

MondaySaturday: 8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.

Sunday: 9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

Performing physical examinations

Obtaining medical histories

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic and laboratory tests

Managing orthopedic injuries, including splinting and casting

Providing care consistent with Urgent Care, Family Practice, and Work Comp settings

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Must be confident working independently

Family Nurse Practitioner certification required; must be experienced treating patients from pediatrics through geriatrics

DOT Certified or willing to obtain
